1: Each Incident based plan is limited to one issue/inter-related computer issues which come with a 7 days back up Technical support, after which re-occurrence of the same issue would be treated as another incident and as at discretion of Technical Manager. |
2: Six-month plans are valid till 180 days from the date of activation, inclusive of unlimited support for the computer(s), activated for the plan. |
3: Annual plans are 365-days plan from the date of activation, inclusive of unlimited support for the computer(s), activated for the plan. |
- For additional computers more than three, kindly ask for the Manager/Floor Supervisor.
- All above plans include support and diagnosis of computers and its peripheral devices/accessories and existing/pre-installed softwares on the computer.
